Annoying Boy

I'm 13 years old and a boy on my buss has been "bugging" me an I need advice on how to stpo this !!!

Dear Julia,

At 13 years old, boys don't know how to express their feelings sometimes. This boy most likely has a crush on you and wants you to notice him. If you want him to stop just try to talk it out.  Next time he's bugging you ask him why he's doing it and if he could stop. If this doesn't work, just ignore him altogether, because he's only doing for your attention!
